Planning on travelling to Sheffield Bricktropolis by car? We’ve teamed up with Travel South Yorkshire to provide free parking at Nunnery Square Park and Ride on Saturdays and Sundays during the event. That’s right. On Saturday 17 and 24 August and Sunday 18 and 25 August, Bricktropolis visitors will be able to park for free at Nunnery Square Park and Ride.
To take advantage of this incentive, simply pop in to Sheffield Bricktropolis Mission Control (Unit 1 Surrey Street) on the day of your visit to collect a unique code. When you arrive back at Nunnery Square, simply enter the code in to the keypad at the exit barrier and you will be able to leave the Park and Ride site.
Please remember that you will still need to pay for your journey by tram. If you’re unsure of the ticket you will need, the conductor will help you determine the best ticket for you.
- Young people holding a MegaTravel or 16-18 Travel Pass can travel for as little as 80p for any single journey
- Adult return tickets can be purchased for just £3.00
- If you are travelling in a group of up to 2 adults and 3 children (under 16), a Family Tram only dayrider provides you with a full days travel on all Tram and Tram Train services to Rotherham and Parkgate, so you can make even more of your day out. Family Tram only dayrider tickets are £9.
Please be aware that Supertram are unable to accept card payments on-board trams, so tickets must be purchased using cash.
